Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mechanics with daily repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate repair priorities and monitor work orders.
• Track productivity, downtime, and turnaround times to improve shop efficiency.
• Maintain refrigeration units including Carrier and Thermo King.
• Diagnose mechanical and refrigeration issues; read schematics.
• Monitor repair quality, safety, and proper tool use.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
