Job summary

Swiss Chalet in Stratford, Ontario is hiring a Server to welcome Guests, communicate menu options and deliver a memorable dining experience. You will apply hospitality skills, handle transactions and contribute to a smooth service flow in a fast-paced setting.

Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required; you should be energetic, a strong communicator and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible scheduling and employee dining discounts are offered.

Responsibilities

• Be a “know-it-all” about our regular and promotional food and beverage menu by communicating and recommending offerings to Guests
• Provide a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality
• Get to know our Guests and enhance their personal experience, while flawlessly executing our steps of service
• Provide responsible alcohol service to all Guests
• Adhere to all safe food safety and handling procedures
• Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices
