Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior server experience.
• Smart Serve Certificate required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system; coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Familiarize yourself with menu offerings and provide detailed recommendations.
• Serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Process guest payments accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area across bar and dining sections.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote specials or seasonal features.
• Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
