Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture design.
• Strong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codes.
• Manage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finish.
• Mentor and manage junior design team members.
