Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement projects.
Ability to prepare compelling and informative presentations.
Experience producing detailed and fully coordinated documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage various Commercial Tenant Improvement and Interior Projects.
Work with clients to determine programming requirements.
Bring creativity and design excellence to each project.
Prepare 3D modeling during design development.
Research and present appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
Collaborate with architects throughout project design.
