TPD® Workforce Solutions client, a mining consulting firm, seeks a Principal Resource Geologist in Toronto to lead mineral resource estimation, reports, and due diligence while guiding multidisciplinary projects across a global network. This senior role emphasizes client relationships and business development within Canada and internationally.

You'll mentor junior staff, work with APGO/PEO standards, and apply advanced 3D modelling and geostatistics to deliver robust resources and compliant

Formación

Degree in Geology, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of resource estimation experience.
Professional registration with APGO or PEO, or eligible.
Strong geostatistical and 3D modelling skills; implicit modelling an asset.
Able to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Consulting experience and business development skills, travel as required.

Responsabilidades

Lead mineral resource estimation, modelling, and geostatistical analysis for mining/exploration projects.
Prepare and review NI 43-101, JORC, SAMREC reports and due diligence studies.
Develop and review 3D geological and resource models using modelling software.
Act as a Qualified Person (QP) and deliver independent technical reviews.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior consultants.
Develop client relationships and support business development across Canada and internationally.
