Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of residential framing experience, CAD/BIM familiarity (AutoCAD/Revit assets), and strong knowledge of building codes. You will work alongside skilled trades to deliver quality homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential framing experience and leadership of framing teams.
• Journeyman Carpenter certification is an asset.
• Proficient in building codes.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a strong asset.
• Team work oriented with good communication skills.
• Residential construction knowledge.
• Able to operate hand and power tools and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Framing teams, planning and executing residential builds.
• Work with Construction Manager on improvements.
• Assemble/finish pre-built wall, floor, and roof structures.
• Interpret blueprints to plan layouts and material needs.
• Perform back framing to complete the homes.
• Manage site logistics and crane operations.
• Use hand and power tools and provide on-the-job mentorship.
• Maintain safety standards and follow quality procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction and Procurement to plan resources.
• Contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement.
