Job summary

Promise Robotics seeks a Site Framer in the Calgary region to install prefabricated floor systems, panelized frames, and roof structures on site. You will read blueprints, prepare layouts, and work with hand and power tools to build homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of residential framing experience.
• Journeyman Carpenter certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/finish pre-built wall, floor, and roof structures.
• Read blueprints and plans to determine dimensions and materials.
• Perform back framing to complete homes.
• Coordinate site logistics and craning requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to others.
• Maintain safety standards and quality control.
• Collaborate with construction and procurement to plan resources.
