Job summary

Ever After Custom Homes in Burlington, ON is seeking a Project Manager to lead custom homes, major renovations, and residential developments across Southern Ontario. You’ll own planning, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with owners, designers, trades, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Bring 5+ years of residential project management, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and Ontario requirements.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed construction schedules from project startup through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, material deliveries, and other project activities.
• Work with Site Supervisors to keep field activities aligned with schedules, budgets, and drawings.
• Identify conflicts and risks early and develop practical solutions.
• Maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Serve as primary client contact with proactive updates.
