Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager passionate about residential construction, design, and bringing complex projects together. You'll oversee custom homes and renovations from concept to completion, working closely with clients, designers, trades, and suppliers to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in residential renovations, custom home construction, or interior architecture.
• Experience using construction PM software such as JobTread, Buildertrend or CoConstruct.
• Strong understanding of wood-frame construction, millwork, interior finishes, and M&E coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custom homes and renovations from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, trades and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Maintain exceptional organization and communication across multiple moving pieces.
• Regularly visit project sites throughout the Vancouver region.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about residential construction, exceptional design, and bringing complex projects together seamlessly. In this role, you'll oversee custom homes and renovation projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, designers, trades, and suppliers to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of project management experience within residential renovations, custom home construction, or interior architecture. You'll have experience using construction project management software such as JobTread, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct and be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while maintaining exceptional organization and communication. A strong understanding of wood-frame construction, millwork, interior finishes, and mechanical and electrical coordination is essential.

Success in this role also requires a deep understanding of the Vancouver and Lower Mainland construction industry, including local permitting processes and established trade relationships. A valid BC Driver's License is required, as you'll regularly visit project sites throughout the region.
