Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a Water Management Team Lead – Mining & Metals to build and lead a team of professionals, delivering innovative water management solutions for mining projects and contributing to sustainable performance. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, or people leader within the mining, water management, or related engineering sector.
  • Experience leading teams and managing professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Fluency in French; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices related to mine water management in Quebec and across Canada is considered a strong asset.

As a Water Management Team Lead – Mining & Metals, you will play a key role in developing a team of passionate professionals while contributing to technical excellence, business growth, and the delivery of projects that create meaningful value for our clients, communities, and the environment.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects related to water management, mining infrastructure, mine tailings, and environmental performance.
