Qualifications

  • 10+ years in mining/water management engineering.

  • Fluency in French; English is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Quebec/Canada mine water regulations.

Water Management Team Lead – Mining & Metals

You will play a key role in developing a team of passionate professionals while contributing to technical excellence, business growth, and the delivery of projects that create meaningful value for our clients, communities, and the environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects related to water management, mining infrastructure, mine tailings, and environmental performance.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, or people leader within the mining, water management, or a related engineering sector.
  • Previous experience leading teams and managing professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Experience collaborating on complex projects involving multiple technical disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance people leadership, operational management, and technical contributions.
  • Fluency in French; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices related to mine water management in Quebec and across Canada is considered a strong asset.

  • MB & ON: $134,744 – $185,273
  • NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $128,666 – $176,420
