Job summary

Kinetic Custom Trailers is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing floor. You will balance people, schedules, materials, quality, and safety while ensuring customer commitments are met.

Key responsibilities include daily standups, readiness checks, and cross-department coordination to keep production flowing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ERP proficiency are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, heavy equipment, or trailer production.
• Experience supervising production employees, skilled trades, or teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily production priorities and schedules.
• Experience enforcing procedures, drawings, quality standards, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily production standup and establish clear priorities for each Team Lead.
• Verify labour, parts, drawings, tools, fixtures, equipment, and work areas are ready before work begins.
• Monitor labour hours and identify deviations; escalate risks with recovery options.
• Coach Team Leads and reinforce ownership, planning, and communication.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse to keep work moving.
