Qualifications

• 5+ years working in manufacturing or construction
• 2+ years in a supervisor/leader position
• Experience with hand tools, power tools and tape measures
• Good understanding of the industry

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
• Evaluate the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for injuries on the job
• Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes in the respective area
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management
• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
