Springwall Sleep Products Inc. is seeking a Production Lead Hand to coordinate daily manufacturing activities, support production staff, and help meet targets, quality standards, and safety requirements on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, train teammates, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with supervision to drive continuous improvement, inventory control, and clean, safe work areas. This role is based on-site in Calgary, Alberta.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are considered an asset.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Forklift certification or other equipment certifications considered an asset.

Springwall Production Lead Hand – Manufacturing Position

Summary

The Production Lead Hand is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating workflow, assisting production employees, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. This role acts as a key point of communication between production staff and management while leading by example on the production floor.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.
