Job summary

OpenText seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Content Services unit to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and 365 desktop apps.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and key customers to shape product requirements, prioritize features, and guide full lifecycle management in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ECM/Content Services or Information Management platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SPFx, Teams and Microsoft 365 extensibility.
• 6+ years in product management / product ownership, collaborating with development teams.
• Experience integrating Copilot with content management systems for AI-powered workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage customers and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmaps, and execution for Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to drive successful rollouts.
• Refine product specifications with the development team in an agile environment.
• Monitor competitors and craft responsive product strategies for market needs.
