Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Lead Cloud Applications Consultant to provide technical leadership for a portfolio of strategic cloud customers. You will build trusted relationships, understand business and technical priorities, and guide customers toward successful cloud outcomes throughout their lifecycle.

In this role you will translate complex environments into actionable success plans, lead governance with OpenText stakeholders, and coordinate teams to strengthen platform

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting or a customer-facing technology role.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native tech (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Familiar with ITIL-based service management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical governance and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Advise customers with strategic technical decisions and roadmaps.
• Ensure platform health, risk management, and incident response.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical success plans.
• Drive upgrades, migrations, releases, and capacity planning.
• Develop reusable guidance and best practices for the wider team.
