The Merchandising XD team, a part of Wayfair’s Global Supplier Technology (GST) organization, is responsible for the operations that enable our suppliers to work with Wayfair and its proprietary brands. Our mission is to provide suppliers with the tools they use across product addition, product management, and merchandising content, as well as enable internal employees to promote the best products to end consumers. We design each area to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and improve overall efficiency for suppliers working with Wayfair.
As a Lead Product Designer for Merchandising XD, you'll lead design for the most complex parts of our supplier experience on the Partner Home platform — owning both strategy and execution. You’ll think like a design technologist: making sense of complex systems, finding clarity in ambiguity, and driving vision through to launch. A big part of this role is evolving our platform from static workflows into an intelligent, agentic ecosystem, using AI to accelerate the design-to-development pipeline.
