Job summary

Venn, a fast-growing B2B fintech in Canada, is hiring a senior product designer to lead end-to-end product experiences from concept to polished execution. You will build on our design foundations and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.

• Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production assets with strong attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.

• Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.

• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.
