Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove seeks an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Professional to join our growing team at the brand-new Lexus facility in Westbury, opening in 2027.

You will lead the pre-owned sales effort, drive sales and profitability, oversee inventory and pricing, and collaborate with Used Car, Service, Finance, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers high earning potential through commission and a strong benefits package.

• Experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the pre-owned sales team.
• Drive sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and department performance.
• Oversee pre-owned inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
• Monitor leads, follow-up, and sales activity to maximize opportunities.
• Assist with customer negotiations and closing sales.
• Work closely with the Used Car, Service, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Lexus standards.
