Livingstone Landscaping is hiring a Pool Installation Crew Lead in Brandon, Manitoba. The role involves hands-on pool installation and leading a 1–2 person crew, working closely with the Foreman to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll be hands-on, guide a small crew, and ensure quality workmanship from excavation to completion, with a focus on safety and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pool installation, construction, landscaping, excavation, or a related hands‑on trade.
• Experience leading a small crew or acting as a senior or lead team member.
• Comfort working with measurements, elevations, and levels.
• A valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license; towing experience is an asset.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.

Responsibilities

• As a Crew Lead, you’ll support the Foreman and help guide a crew of 1–2 team members through the pool installation process.
• Lead and assign daily tasks; help new team members learn the job.
• Perform hands‑on installation work and ensure proper leveling and elevations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site; communicate progress to the Foreman.
