Zusammenfassung

Ontario Health in Northern Ontario is seeking a Lead, Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation to drive performance monitoring and funding processes for Health Service Providers in the North Region. You will work with HSPs, regional teams and partners to improve outcomes and ensure accountability.

You will develop SAAs, monitor KPIs, manage risk and support data-informed decisions, with a focus on regional and provincial priorities and a collaborative, results-oriented culture.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance, decision support, analytics and reporting; healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead performance management and monitoring of Health Service Providers (HSPs), including accountability agreements and KPIs.
• Support SAAs development, work-back schedules and documentation.
• Use health system data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations on performance, funding allocation, and risk management.
• Build relationships with HSPs and internal teams for proactive issue management.
• Lead or contribute to performance improvement initiatives and audits.
• Develop tools, processes, and reference materials for consistent monitoring and reporting.
