Job summary

The Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA) is seeking a Pathologists' Assistant Supervisor to provide technical oversight and daily lab support across pathology operations. You will guide staff, ensure quality and compliance with policies, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Preferred candidates hold CCCPA certification (or eligible) and have at least three years of experience; masters is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified CCCPA pathologists' assistant.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pathologists' Assistant.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and support for daily pathology operations.
• Guide staff and promote cooperative teamwork.
• Lead change implementations and corrective actions.
• May perform core duties of Pathologists' Assistant.
