Job summary

NRI - NRI Distribution Inc is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead in Surrey, BC. The role focuses on leading the picking, packing and outbound auditing to meet client SLAs, with emphasis on attention to detail and team motivation.

The position requires 2+ years warehousing experience, lead experience is a plus, and the ability to work Sundays to Thursdays 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. On-site work with comprehensive staff programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of warehousing experience
• Lead experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Experience leading order fulfillment activities within SLA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA
• Collaborate with Supervisor to plan labor based on forecast
• Picking, packing, scanning, tagging and other general warehouse duties
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and security protocols
• Keep work areas safe, clean and tidy
• Internal opportunities and staff programs
