Job summary

This program leadership role requires clinical rigour, regulatory precision, and a strong focus on the patient experience. You will serve as the subject matter expert on third party care and ensure consistency across Toronto and Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder cases with attention to documentation and timelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Health Canada guidelines relevant to third party reproduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Twig's third party program across all three clinics, setting the standard for case management from intake through treatment.
• Conduct physical assessments of donors and intended parents, review diagnostic results, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide clinical and operational oversight of active third party cases, ensuring testing, counselling, clearances, and documentation are complete and timely.
• Own the Summary of Records (SOR) process for known donor files prior to Medical Director review.
• Ensure full compliance with the Assisted Human Reproduction Act and Health Canada's regulations.
• Build and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and training to align Toronto and Vancouver practices.
• Collaborate with lab and clinical teams, reporting on case volumes, compliance, and program improvements.
