Job summary

Pollin Fertility in Toronto seeks a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain direct patient care involvement. You will ensure safe, smooth treatment cycles, coach staff, and align with physicians, operations, and the IVF lab.

You will be on the floor, drive quality and safety, and contribute to evolving nursing practice to meet patient needs and Pollin standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute, procedural, or ambulatory settings.
• At least 5–10 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory nursing role.
• BCLS certification.
• Proven ability to lead a team with warmth and accountability.
• Comfortable with clinical systems, Google Workspace, and digital workflows.
• Commitment to inclusive care, including sensitivity to 2SLGBTQIA+ patients and diverse families.
• Nice to have: BScN, ACLS certification, fertility/OB-GYN experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and own the 7-day clinic schedule.
• Coach, support, and develop nurses from onboarding through growth.
• Run regular team meetings with follow-through on priorities.
• Assist hiring decisions and performance conversations.
• Maintain consistent nursing practice across the team in reality.
