Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Certificate of Registration issued by the CNO.
• Maintains competence relative to current practice.
• Recent experience in medical-surgical nursing is an asset.

• Provide leadership within multidisciplinary teams to support care planning and delivery.
• Apply nursing process and independent/interdependent nursing functions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support cross-training across Medicine and Surgery units as needed.
