Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing and assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs by maintenance technicians on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems including machinery, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building systems.
• Replace and repair finishes and perform painting and piping tasks.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades to maintenance operations.
• Use and care for tools and equipment appropriately.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer requests promptly.
• Inspect for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Utilize technology such as smartphones, tablets, and building automation systems.
• Complete required safety training annually.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.

Qualifications
