Job summary

Wonderbrands Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leader - Supervisor to guide the maintenance team in a bakery environment, ensuring timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and safe operation of production equipment.

You will coordinate with contractors, drive uptime, and implement process improvements. The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years of supervision in food production facilities, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, ERP experience, and a proactive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or College Diploma in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing maintenance in a production facility, preferably food production/manufacturing.
• Demonstrated integrity and alignment with company values.
• Solid mechanics and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and train maintenance team; assess contractor requirements and liaise with contractors.
• Own maintenance deliverables in planning, installation, and testing of new equipment and methods.
• Improve line efficiency, track downtime, and drive bakery priorities; lead small-scale process improvements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Direct and lead maintenance staff in scheduling, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production equipment.
• Maintain equipment and parts inventory to minimize downtime and organize Maintenance Workshop.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure service and installation meet objectives; ensure PM program is robust and up-to-date.
