Job summary

PTW Energy Services is seeking a Journeyman Pipefitter to lead and mentor a crew on piping projects in the Lower Mainland, BC. You will interpret drawings, coordinate field activities, and set safety and craftsmanship standards on-site, driving quality and timeliness.

The role requires a Journeyman Pipefitter certification with 5+ years of pipefitting experience, strong leadership, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

Journeyman Pipefitter certification.
Minimum 5+ years of pipefitting experience.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Must be local to the Lower Mainland, BC area.
Shift: Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Available occasionally.
Travel: Local position (no travel required).

Responsibilities

Lead and support a crew of pipefitters to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation and repair work.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to crew members.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites.
