Job summary

PTW Energy Services in the Vancouver area is hiring a Journeyman Pipefitter to lead a crew on piping projects. You will interpret drawings, coordinate field activities, and set safety and quality standards on-site.

This role requires a Journeyman certification, 5+ years experience, strong leadership and communication, and valid First Aid, Fall Protection, and H2S Alive training. Local Lower Mainland BC candidates only.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of pipefitting experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a crew of pipefitters to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation and repair work.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to crew members.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites.

Journeyman Pipefitter Lower Mainland

Role Summary

PTW is hiring a Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team in the Vancouver Area. This role is ideal for a certified tradesman ready to take on a leadership position, guiding crews and ensuring safe, high-quality execution of piping projects. You will play a key role in interpreting drawings, coordinating field activities, and setting standards for safety and craftsmanship on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a crew of pipefitters to ensure safe and efficient project execution

Job Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Overtime: Available occasionally
