Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking a senior technical lead to direct end-to-end design, development, and production support for enterprise lending and leasing applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable LOS/LMS solutions, complex integrations, and secure architectures.

You will guide cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore locations, shaping best practices and engineering quality while mentoring 5–15 developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for LOS/LMS solutions and integration across loan lifecycle domains.
• Architect scalable applications using Java/Spring, REST/Microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
• Oversee integration using REST/SOA, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and API gateways.
• Drive cloud deployments with Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift and CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of enterprise applications within the Lending and Leasing domain.

Provide strong technical leadership for solutions covering Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending, Auto Financing, Equipment Leasing, Asset-Based Lending, Loan Origination and Loan Servicing.

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Lead the implementation and integration of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), credit underwriting, risk assessment, collateral management, payment processing, collections and regulatory reporting.

Architect and implement integration solutions using REST/SOA, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture and API Gateway solutions.

Support cloud-native application development and deployment using Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Terraform, along with CI/CD technologies such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, BA, QA and DevOps teams to translate complex lending and leasing requirements into secure, scalable and high-performance technical solutions.

Lead and mentor development teams of 5–15 members across onshore and offshore locations, drive architecture/code reviews, resolve critical production issues, and establish engineering quality and development best practices.
