Job Description: Fullstack Technical Lead – Commercial Lending & Asset Finance

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Technical Lead to drive hands‑on engineering, technical design, and day‑to‑day delivery of enterprise Commercial Lending and Asset Finance platforms.

The ideal candidate will balance hands‑on coding with technical leadership, actively developing across the full software ecosystem, building modern integrations, and overseeing cloud‑native deployments for complex commercial loan and equipment financing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Development: Deliver high‑quality code across backend (Java, Spring Boot, Python) and frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript) ecosystems to build resilient lending and asset‑management features.
• Platform Lifecycle: Develop and maintain integrations with financial frameworks like Supernova to streamline platform originations and automation.
• Technical Leadership: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including robust code reviews, automated testing, and reliable deployment workflows.
• Design & Architecture: Translate business goals into concrete technical tasks, contribute directly to High‑Level Designs (HLD), and own low‑level implementation details.
• Data & Cloud Delivery: Model transactional schemas for Oracle Database while deploying applications into AWS Cloud environments managed through Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Team Mentorship: Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to engineers to elevate engineering standards and accelerate sprint delivery.

Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Proven engineering experience supporting banking lending platforms, equipment financing, asset lifecycle tracking, or commercial leasing applications.
• Fullstack Engineering: Strong hands‑on development skills across Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Cloud & Containers: Direct experience deploying and debugging applications in AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure‑as‑code configurations.
• Data Management: Proficiency in database design, querying, and performance tuning within Oracle Database environments.
• Platform Experience: Familiarity or direct experience implementing or extending Supernova financial product components.
• Technical Leadership: Proven track record of providing direct technical direction, mentorship, and code guidance to software development squads.
