Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Systems Integrated Solution Leader to drive early-stage development of submarine training solutions with a global reach.

You will collaborate with customers, product management, engineering, and program teams to align training offerings with customer needs and strategic goals. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting naval business development, and ensuring scalable, modular training that leverages evolving technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related experience in industry and/or military service.
• Minimum 10 years of experience focused on development and/or delivery of training programs in defense.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary or matrix teams in complex environments.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%.
• Ability to obtain Canadian and/or NATO Secret Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated submarine training solutions for customer success and growth.
• Support naval business development activities, market analysis, and solution strategy.
• Conduct needs analyses during business capture and pre-contract phases.
• Develop evidence-based training solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, program management, and suppliers.
• Present concepts and strategies to customers and stakeholders.
