Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking a Training System Integrated Solution Leader for the Future Fighter Lead-In Trainer programs to design end-to-end training solutions for defense forces and partners worldwide.

The role requires senior experience in training development and capture, with leadership over cross-functional teams, collaboration with system architects, and the ability to travel internationally up to 20% while obtaining required security clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industry and/or military service.
• Minimum 10 years developing and/or delivering training programs within the defense sector.
• Aircrew experience within the Canadian Armed Forces or a NATO member nation.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% and obtain Canadian and/or NATO security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and development of fully integrated training solutions from early customer engagement activities (pre-RFP) through capture, proposal development, and contract award.
• Act as the primary point of contact for training solution matters with internal stakeholders, customers, end users, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with domain experts and industry partners to define comprehensive training programs supporting individual, team, and collective training requirements.
• Provide leadership to capture teams on large Training System Integration (TSI) opportunities.
