Job summary

CAE is seeking a Training Systems Integrated Solution Leader (ISL) for submarine programs. You will drive early-stage development, align with customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams from capture through delivery, shaping scalable training solutions for global naval customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related experience in industry and/or military service.
• Minimum 10 years focused on development and/or delivery of training in defense environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary or matrix teams in complex environments.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to ~20% and obtain security clearances.
• Bilingual English/French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated submarine training solutions for customer success and business growth.
• Support naval business development including opportunity identification, market analysis, and solution strategy.
• Conduct training needs analyses during business capture and pre-contract phases.
• Develop evidence-based training recommendations from evolving customer requirements.
• Design modular, scalable training solutions aligned with product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, finance, HR, IT, suppliers, and OEM partners.
• Facilitate workshops to support decision-making and solution development.
• Present concepts and strategies to customers, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Identify make-buy-partner decisions aligned with objectives.
• Promote standardization and product reuse across programs.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies with measurable customer value.
• Contribute to a market-leading submarine training portfolio.
