Job summary

Willis Canada is seeking a Lead Associate to support day-to-day servicing of large multinational commercial clients in our Incoming Specialty Group. You will work with clients, colleagues, and Willis Towers Watson's global network in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

The role requires 5+ years in Commercial Underwriting or Brokerage, licenses (AMF Quebec or RIBO), bilingual French/English, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have AMF Quebec or RIBO license and ongoing CE activities.
• 5+ years in Commercial Underwriting or Commercial Broker environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, invoice, deliver, and service globally placed North American policies.
• Document internal and external strategy meetings with the team.
• Draft exposure and underwriting information and obtain client updates.
• Coordinate day-to-day client service and consultations.
• Develop complete submissions for Placement and communicate with clients.
• Design and build client proposals including coverage comparisons.
