Job summary

Decor Cabinets Ltd. in Manitoba seeks a Lead Hand in the Stain department to support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets. The role requires rotating shifts and a focus on safe, efficient operations within the department.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, train on quality standards, lead department meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years manufacturing experience.
• Finishing experience would be an asset.
• Leadership experience would be an asset.
