General Description : A lead hand supports supervision by managing daily cleaning tasks such as monitoring common areas, replenishing consumables, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens, and collecting garbage and recycling.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Cultivate a culture of inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships through clear and transparent communication.
• Participate in required training.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Oversee cleaning requirements to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support ongoing training for staff.
• Communicate client requests and ensure prompt execution.
• Schedule and complete periodic work on time.
• Follow health and safety requirements and report incidents timely.
• Report equipment issues and monitor inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including floor care, carpet cleaning, and waste removal.
• Ensure washrooms and kitchens are fully cleaned and stocked.

Qualifications :
