Job summary

Kids Connection of Strathmore is seeking an Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 to join our caring team in Strathmore, Alberta. You will help implement monthly programming and supervise daily activities to support children's development.

We welcome applicants with 1+ year experience, ECE Level 2 or 3, and a clear criminal record check. The role offers 32–44 hours per week, on-site work, and a wage of CAD 22.58–28.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check if working with children) dated within 6 months.
• Current Standard First Aid or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and child safety.
• Implement monthly programming aligned with children's interests.
• Follow centre policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized play and work areas.
• Support and communicate with families and staff.
