Job summary

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will operate mowing, snow removal, basic equipment maintenance, and supervise junior staff as needed while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grass mowers and related grounds equipment.
• Ability to remove snow and ice from various areas.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Good interpersonal communication with contractors and public.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including lawns, trees, roadways, parking lots and sidewalks at Milner Ridge Correctional Centre to ensure safety and appearance.
