Job summary

Ladies' Golf Club of Toronto is seeking an energetic Lead Associate Golf Professional to join our golf leadership team. You will report to the Director of Golf and drive daily operations, member engagement, events, and staff supervision on a private club team.

The role emphasizes instructional skill development, high service standards, and cross-department collaboration to deliver a premier private club experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Class A Member in good standing is required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience at a high-end private or semi-private facility.
• Strong verbal and written communication with leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Jonas Club Management, Golf Genius, and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day golf operations with warm, personalized member service across all touchpoints.
• Supervise back shop and outdoor staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee events, leagues, and member-guest tournaments including scoring using Golf Genius.
• Participate in merchandise presentation, inventory control, and club fitting with modern tech.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction and clinics for members of all levels.
• Collaborate with Agronomy, Food & Beverage, and Club Administration for seamless service.
