Olympic View Golf Club in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Lead Teaching Professional / Assistant Golf Professional. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, running group clinics, and private lessons for members and guests, with additional seasonal Golf Shop duties.

Ideal candidates have 3 years on a championship course, PGA Class A/Elite status, and strong communication. POS systems and Golf Genius familiarity are assets; growth and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience on a championship golf course.
• Passion for golf and guest experience.
• PGA Class A or Elite Member in good standing with PGA of Canada.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and spreadsheets; Golf Genius is an asset.
• Experience in golf instruction and growth mindset.

In addition to instructional duties, the successful candidate will have part time Golf Shop duties during both the summer and winter months. While Golf Shop responsibilities are a component of the role, instruction will remain the primary focus.

• 3 years of experience working for a championship golf course.

• Class A or Elite Member in good standing with the PGA of Canada.
