Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to build intuitive GenAI-powered web applications and frontend integration libraries for enterprise use across multiple domains. You will design responsive, high-performance UIs and streaming client-side integrations.

Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate AI UX patterns, implement LLM-based experiences, and maintain a shared library of reusable components while ensuring security and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) and enterprise web apps.
• 5–8 years of full-stack software engineering across frontend, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 2+ years integrating GenAI features and LLM APIs with web apps.
• Strong Python backend development skills and containerized cloud services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications with user-friendly web UIs.
• Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces for streaming responses and low latency.
• Create and maintain a reusable component library and design system.
• Implement LLM-based experiences using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate AI UX patterns.
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across client-side and full-stack.
• Deliver UI components with transparency and confidence in AI outputs.
