Job summary

Pozent Corporation seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and deliver scalable GenAI solutions. This subcontractor role centers on production-ready AI products built with Python, React, and AWS, leveraging LLM pipelines, RAG, and agent-based systems.

You will lead end-to-end GenAI projects, architect scalable pipelines and data flows, and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI models and prompt engineering.
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI and graph/RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Web development experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ELB/GLB/NLB, EKS, Lambda, Glue, Athena).
• Experience with IaC and containerization (Terraform, Docker, Puppet).
• ETL orchestration using Apache Airflow and DAGs.
• Familiarity with vector/graph databases (Weaviate, Milvus, Neo4j, Neptune).
• Strong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium).
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevSecOps, and Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau).
• Knowledge of financial markets and enterprise data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to AI product development, pilots, and solutions.
• Architect scalable GenAI systems including LLM pipelines and graph/RAG architectures.
• Implement cloud-native AWS solutions (EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena).
• Drive performance optimization and experimentation with GenAI tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts.
• Serve as GenAI SME and shape the AI roadmap for the organization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions with Agile practices.
• Monitor metrics and incidents to improve reliability and governance.
