Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Lead Gas Fitter Installer. You will professionally install water heaters and tankless systems, educate customers on products, and represent the company with courtesy and expertise.

You will mentor new installers and help grow the business on a team that values reliability and safety. We offer tools, fully stocked trucks, ongoing skills training, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Gas Technician ’2’ (G2) license required.
• Class G Driver’s License required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC installation work.
• Diagnostics and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install water heater and tankless equipment and accessory items per manufacturer specs, local codes and company standards.
• Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on options.
• Educate customers and make recommendations.
• Lead and mentor new installers as needed.
• Contribute to business growth by lead generation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
