Your role includes delegating workload, training staff, and coordinating with QA and audit teams to uphold high standards. Qualifications include post-secondary education, a Canadian Securities Course, and strong Excel/InvestOne skills.

Qualifications

• Completed post-secondary education.
• A minimum of 2 years progressive experience in Fund Accounting.
• Canadian Securities Course.
• Advanced knowledge of office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
• Advanced knowledge of InvestOne.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and guides a small number of fund accountants.
• Reviews daily NAV calculations and authorizes day end prices.
• Participates in preparation and review of distribution calculations.
• Develops funds accountants to become seniors.
• Ensures client inquiries are answered promptly.
• Works with QA to ensure NAV calculation accuracy.
• Acts as Supervisor in their absence.
• Leads engagements with internal/external audit.
• Supports centralization of functions like corporate actions.
• Assists in reporting requirements such as monthly attestations.
