RONA is seeking a front-line supervisor to lead frontend staff and ensure top-tier customer service at our Toronto-area stores. You will oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth store operations while promoting company programs.

The role emphasizes coaching new associates, maintaining service standards, and delivering a positive shopping experience to customers in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience required.
• 1 year of team supervision experience required.
• Strong problem solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are maintained.
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues.
• Train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
• Train and mentor new associates.

Your role:
