Job summary

The role involves leading fit sessions, developing technical designs, and managing factory relations. Candidates should possess a post-secondary degree in Fashion Design and have over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the apparel industry.
• Experience with fitting corrections and pattern-making software.
• Knowledge of garment construction.
• Proficient in Illustrator and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial spec packages and tech packs.
• Communicate fit and construction requirements to factories.
• Measure and review fit samples before fittings.
