Job summary

Stitch It Canada is seeking a confident and experienced Fitting Specialist/Customer Service to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, assess garment fit, and recommend alterations to ensure comfort and confidence in their clothing.

As part of our team, you will record measurements, communicate clearly with tailors and provide accurate timelines and pricing information.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and garment fit knowledge.
• Experience with alterations and sewing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience.
• Conduct professional garment fittings, accurately assessing fit issues, taking measurements, and identifying alteration requirements.
• Recommend appropriate alteration options, demonstrating strong knowledge of alteration processes, garment construction, and products.
• Clearly explain alteration recommendations, expected results, pricing, and timelines to customers.
• Accurately record measurements and alteration instructions to ensure clear communication with the tailoring team.
• Work closely with Tailors/Seamstresses to ensure customer expectations and alteration requirements are clearly understood.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timely service.
